Café Bar Platýz, a stylish café and restaurant located in the historic atrium of the Platýz Palace on Národní Street in the center of Prague, was opened in 2002 and underwent a renovation in 2014 that combined historical elements with modern design. Under the leadership of Head Chef Václav Fučík, it offers a diverse menu inspired by Czech and European cuisine.

The restaurant recently replaced an older model from the Vision first generation with a new Retigo combi Vision Blue 1011, which enables efficient and high-quality preparation of dishes, ensuring a high level of gastronomy and perfect taste in every meal.
